Resumé and C.V.

In Brazil, whenever an individual is looking for a 'simple' job opportunity, the first thing to do is to check the C.V. (Curriculum Vitae). Nevertheless, if we are talking about an 'academic' situation, so the person must use what we call the Curriculum lattes.
Therefore, it was unusual when I was applying for the University in the U.S.A., and the institution asked for my C.V.
Recently thinking about this topic, I decided to write about it. This is what I am talking about:

Two different things in the U.S.A. - From my perspective

I do not know about you, but I am from the northeast of Brazil and when I went to the USA, I found many unusual things. Let's see some things together?

2 DIFFERENT THINGS IN THE USA - FROM MY PERSPECTIVE

1- CHARGER IN THE BUS

First, it is too unsafe to use the cellphone in my country (sad, but true) beside this, it is something that I have never seen in a regular bus before I have traveled to the USA.

2- HOUSES MADE OF WOOD

I know that many other houses in the U.S.A are not made wood, however, I saw many of them what was surprising to me; because the houses in Brazil are mostly made of concrete blocks.

If you like this kind of post, let me know and I may post more about it.
